We are always looking for bright and motivated graduate students to join the Environmental Systems Engineering (ESE) Group. The first step to becoming a graduate student in the Department of Civil Engineering is to fill out a preliminary application. This will provide you with an opportunity to tell us a bit about yourself and your interests.
All graduate students that we admit into the Group receive a full research stipend of a minimum of $18,000/yr for M.A.Sc. students and $20,000/yr for Ph.D. students. Top-ups are available to students that receive independent research scholarships. Additional funding available through Teaching Assistant (TA) and Marker positions.
The total tuition and student fees for domestic students is approximately $5500 per year. The base tuition and student fees for international students is approximately $8500. However, all international students receive a partial tuition scholarship of approximately $3000. As a result, the total tuition and student fees for both domestic and international students is similar.
